My name is Folmer Helder. I’m at home in environmental law and administrative law. I advise and litigate in spatial planning, compensation for disadvantage and planning damages. I do this for local and provincial government and regional water authorities.
Before joining Nysingh I worked for two years as a legal consultant for, among others, the municipalities of Utrecht and Amsterdam. This involved work on administrative and environmental law cases in objection and appeal phases. As a result, I am well aware of the issues in the spatial domain. My full cv is on LinkedIn.
