My name is Hanneke Frijlink. I’m at home in labour law, with an emphasis on dismissal practice, guiding reorganisation processes, conditions of employment and various types of cooperation issues. With this knowledge, I focus on healthcare matters and I assist regional and (inter)national companies in labour law procedures and processes.
My way of working can best be described as solution-oriented and effective, without losing sight of the legal aspects. I am tactical and strategic. This comes in handy for strategic plan development, which I am often asked to do.
I regularly share news, insights and knowledge about labour law and give courses, in-house or otherwise.
