My name is Özlem Demirkol. I’m at home in civil property law, with a particular interest in landlord and tenant law and construction law. With this knowledge I help businesses and semi-public institutions such as housing associations and healthcare institutions. I advise and litigate for them on a range of contractual and other issues. For example, agreements, general terms and conditions or liability.

As a lawyer I am committed and I can empathise with the situation of my clients. My approach is passionate and solution-oriented. I work towards the best possible result for my clients.

Before coming to Nysingh, I studied Dutch law at Radboud University in Nijmegen. During my studies I had placements with the judiciary and at various (large) law firms.
