I have been a lawyer since 2003 and I specialise in (international) contract law and insolvency law.

My practice focusses on supporting, advising and litigation for large and medium-sized companies on various kinds of commercial contracts, including distribution, franchise and/or agency agreements and various kinds of strategic collaborations.

Through our international network TAGLaw I have a wide and reliable international network that allows me to support my clients internationally.

As an experienced insolvency practitioner I litigate and advise on director’s liability, contractual disputes, international (prejudgement) attachment/execution disputes, conflicts in relation to insolvency/restructuring and shareholder disputes.

I am recognised by my clients for my pragmatic approach. If legal proceedings are necessary to achieve my clients goals I will not avoid these.

I am a member of our Food & Agri market group.
