My name is Thijs van Tilburg. I’m at home in corporate law and (international) contract law. I use my knowledge to advise national and international companies and to assist them in negotiations and (international) proceedings.

I advise and litigate in commercial contract matters – from franchise, distribution and agency agreements to contracts of sale, assignment and general terms and conditions. I also handle matters of pre-contractual liability, directors’ liability and corporate governance. And I assist clients in international matters via our international network, TAGLaw, the world’s largest international network of lawyers.

My approach is practical and results oriented. I like to work at strategic level in close cooperation with my clients. Always with the interests of my client in mind, and always driven to provide added value.
