My name is Vera Textor. I’m at home in administrative law and environmental law. I advise and litigate in fields that include general administrative law, the environmental code, the Government Information (Public Access) Act, subsidy law, national infrastructure and water management and regional water board law, environmental law and nature conservation law. I do this mainly for governments and businesses.
As a lawyer, I am curious, creative and involved. And when necessary, I stand firm. My work is characterized by sharp analyses, clear language and practical solutions. I am also a team player, with an eye for the interests of all involved.
Before joining Nysingh I worked as a legal advisor at OPTA (now ACM) and as a lawyer for Houthoff in Amsterdam. In addition to my work as a lawyer I am the senior lecturer in Environmental Law for Beroepsopleiding Advocaten (lawyers’ vocational training). I completed the programme for commissioners and supervisors at Erasmus University in January 2020.
