My name is Annemarie Beijderwellen-Wittekoek. I have been a practising lawyer for many years, specialising in the entire gamut of employment law. Areas in which I advise and litigate include employment conflicts, both individual and collective dismissal cases, in and outsourcing, transfers of undertaking, workers’ participation and competition. I work for hospitals and other healthcare organisations, production companies in various sectors and the recreation industry.
