My name is Rutger Ketting and I specialise in ICT and privacy law. I work for public authorities, educational institutions, care and cure organisations and ICT suppliers.
I advise and litigate mainly on the GDPR, ICT contracts, web shop legislation, regulations on medical apps and disputes about automation.
My mission is to prevent automation projects from failing, preferably by sharing ideas and putting clear agreements down on paper. If a project is deadlocked, I try to get it going again. Whilst legal proceedings are often not a good solution, they are sometimes unavoidable.
Together with my colleagues, I share my expertise regularly on our website as well as in newsletters and at on- and offline seminars and live events. If you would like to know more or to meet me, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
