My name is Alexander Klijsen. I’m at home in corporate law, specialising in family businesses, mergers and take-overs. Prior to working for Nysingh, I was a Tax Consultant for a number of years. I worked for KPMG Meijburg & Co among others, where I advised clients on Corporation Tax, Income Tax and Dividend Tax. Since 2015 I function as junior notary. I have worked in various firms, including more than five years at Spier & Hazenberg, Solicitors, Amsterdam.
