My name is Amber Klaver and I’m at home in labour law. I advise and litigate on individual and collective dismissal, employment conditions, disability and co-determination. My clients are companies and healthcare institutions.
Before joining Nysingh I graduated from the University of Groningen. I studied Dutch law, specialising in labour law and private law. During my studies I completed internships at a law firm in Groningen and at a large, international law firm in the Zuidas district of Amsterdam. I also worked at Nysingh as a student.
I find solving legal problems a challenge, but I prefer to work with my clients to prevent them.
At home in employment law, my colleagues and I regularly share our knowledge on our website and in (online) seminars, newsletters and events. We also give lectures and workshops on a regular basis.
