My name is Dylan Goossens. I have been a lawyer since 2018, specializing in corporate law and commercial contract law. In my daily practice, I advise national and international companies of various types and sizes on a wide range of contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, cooperation agreements, agreements for services, distribution agreements, franchise agreements, and agency agreements. I also regularly advise on general terms and conditions. Furthermore, I represent clients in legal proceedings related to disputes, such as on the performance of agreements, product non-conformity, and termination of agreements.
I studied Dutch law with a specialization in corporate and commercial law at the Radboud University in Nijmegen. During my studies, I participated in the two-year honors program “Law Extra” at the Radboud Honours Academy and completed multiple internships at law firms. Furthermore, I have volunteered at various legal aid clinics and held a board position at the Nijmegen Legal Honors Association Semper Lex.
