My name is Jan de Haan – at home in administrative and environmental law. I advise and litigate in matters of general administrative law, environmental law and in supervisory and enforcement issues. My clients are government authorities, project developers and institutions.
Before joining Nysingh, I worked for more than four years for a law firm in Amsterdam that specialises in administrative and environmental law. While there, I was involved in the large-scale integration of (renewable) energy projects in the Netherlands. I find working on legal challenges of this nature very rewarding.
Together with my colleagues, I regularly give (in-company) courses in the field of environmental law, the Dutch Environment Act and administrative law. We also share our knowledge on our website and via (online) seminars, newsletters and events.
