My name is Jelle Cosijnse and I specialise in the civil public law. I advise on public-private partnerships, area development, the Didam judgment, land development policy, tenancy law and agricultural tenancy law, and energy and sustainability matters. I assist public authorities in setting up public-private partnerships, often with the aim of facilitating complex area developments. I also advise on the use of land acquisition instruments and I am familiar with the regulations concerning cost recovery and financial contributions. I act on behalf of water boards, municipalities, provincial authorities, healthcare institutions and businesses.

I was born in Arnhem, where Nysingh is headquartered. Before joining Nysingh, I completed the civil law master’s degree programme at Radboud University. During my studies, I spent some time studying in the United States. I then gained legal work experience at a major financial institution and at various voluntary organisations in Nijmegen. My first introduction with Nysingh was during my student internship.

I am a pragmatic lawyer and not easily thrown off course. I like to assist my clients in searching for practical solutions to difficult issues.

I regularly share news, insights and knowledge about my field of expertise on our website.

Feel free to call or email me if you would like to meet me.
