Lawyer specialising in Area Development
My name is Jelle Cosijnse. I specialise in area development and land matters. Drawing on this expertise, I advise public authorities, semi-public organisations, non-profit organisations and businesses on complex spatial developments, including residential construction and infrastructure projects.
My work focuses on public-private partnerships, property rights, cost recovery and land acquisition. Matters relating to energy and sustainability also play an increasingly prominent role in my practice.
After completing my law degree in Civil Law at Radboud University, I gained experience in both the financial sector and various non-profit organisations. Part of my studies was completed in the United States. My first introduction to Nysingh was during a student internship, after which I continued my career as a lawyer within the civil public law practice.
Clients appreciate my pragmatic approach, commitment and ability to keep sight of the bigger picture. I remain calm under pressure and enjoy helping clients achieve their ambitions and successfully realise their projects. I see it as a challenge to translate complex legislation and regulations into clear and practical solutions.
