My name is Marit Gorissen. I’m at home in privacy law and the GDPR. With this knowledge, I advise governments, institutions and companies on privacy and data processing.

I’m also at home in administrative law. Within this specialism I advise and litigate on, for example, zoning plans, environmental permits and enforcement issues. I do this for governments and (real estate) companies.

Before joining Nysingh I obtained a master’s degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law and a master’s in Intellectual Property Law, Innovation and Technology. During my studies I worked as an environmental lawyer and completed internships at, among other things, a law firm and provincial government.

My colleagues and I regularly share our knowledge via (online) seminars, newsletters and events.
