Before joining Nysingh, I worked as a lawyer for two other law firms, for over eight years. There too, I worked in transaction advisory practice, a field that suits me well. Although people sometimes assume the opposite, the Dutch saying, ‘no friction, no gloss’, also applies to M&A negotiations. Sometimes it’s necessary to apply a bit of friction in order to make every aspect of a transaction shine.
