My name is Sander van Luijk. I’m at home in rental law. I advise both landlords and tenants on the drafting of rental agreements, rental periods, rental prices, defects, etc. If necessary, I also assist landlords and tenants in legal proceedings.

I also specialise in the law of persons and family law. I use this knowledge to advise and litigate on divorce, separation of estates, termination of cohabitation, maintenance, custody and access. I am also a mediator, with extensive experience in divorces that involve a company.

My experience as a mediator ensures that I never lose sight of the human aspects. Which accounts for my motto, ‘Soft on the person, hard on the case’. I believe that this can be applied to all cases. My experience is that if you adopt a reasonable attitude, you often achieve more. However, if the situation requires it, I litigate with verve.
