My name is Sander van Luik and I specialise in real estate, including all aspects of tenancy law. I advise landlords as well as tenants on lease drafting, lease periods, rent, defects et cetera. If necessary, I also assist landlords and tenants in legal proceedings. I am available to assist in related areas as well, such as legal rights and obligations between neighbours as well as in the purchase and sale of real estate.
Based on my previous experience as a mediator, I always bear in mind the human aspects of any matter I deal with. My motto is therefore: ‘Be gentle on the person and hard on the case.’ I believe that this is a solid basis for handling any case. My experience is that a reasonable approach is conducive to achieving good results. Of course, if I have to litigate, I do so vigorously.
