My name is Sylvia Frequin. I’m at home in corporate law and contract law, specialising in mergers and acquisitions. I use my knowledge to advise on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, restructuring and governance issues. My clients are (international) companies.

Before joining Nysingh I worked as a Legal Counsel, for Philips Healthcare and for other companies. I chose the legal profession – and specifically M&A practice – because it’s a dynamic environment in which to work. M&A practice brings together many different aspects of the law. Moreover, whether it’s a sale or a purchase, acquisition is always an important event for a company. An event in which I’m proud to make my contribution.
