My name is Tessa Straetemans. I specialise in corporate law and contract law. I advise both domestic and international companies and assist them in negotiations and international legal proceedings.
In particular, I advise and litigate on commercial contacts, from franchise, distribution and agency agreements to purchase agreements, contracts for services and general terms and conditions.
I studied Dutch law at Tilburg University, specialising in corporate law. During my studies I completed various internships. I also did a variety of other work, including being a member of Tilburg University’s Faculty Council.
I am practical and result oriented and I always put my clients’ interests first.
