My name is Anouk de Boer and I specialise in employment law. I advise and litigate in the areas of both individual and collective dismissal law, non-competition clauses, reorganisations, employee participation and the legal position of directors under the articles of association. In addition, I deal with the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions. I also have a background in health law, having advised healthcare insurers and healthcare institutions, and I have experience with issues relating to privacy and data protection (GDPR).
I studied law at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where I completed master’s degrees in Employment Law and Health Law. I was sworn in as a lawyer in 2019 and have been working at Nysingh since February 2026. Prior to that, I worked in employment law and health law teams at law firms in Amsterdam.
I have a positive outlook and place great importance on building a strong, long-lasting relationship with my clients. In my work, I always focus on achieving practical and effective results.
