Employment law lawyer
My name is Francis Geurts and I specialise in employment law. I advise and litigate on a wide range of employment law matters, such as concluding, amending and terminating employment contracts, non-competition clauses, flexible employment relationships, incapacity for work and employee participation. In addition, I assist companies with acquisitions and reorganisations and advise on transfers of undertakings.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Dutch Law and a Master’s degree in Civil Law from the Radboud University in Nijmegen. During my studies, I also took additional courses at the University of Valencia in Spain.
Before joining Nysingh, I worked for two years as a student trainee at a law firm. During this period, I gained valuable practical experience in employment law.
I combine a practical and solution-oriented approach with a keen eye for my clients’ interests. I translate complex employment law issues into clear, directly applicable advice that is both legally sound and practically implementable.
