Corporate lawyer
My name is Vera van den Crommenacker. I specialise in contract law and advise both national and international companies on a wide range of commercial contracts and matters relating to food law. My work includes drafting and reviewing franchise, distribution and agency agreements, sales contracts, service agreements and general terms and conditions. In addition, I handle national and international commercial disputes and litigation.
I completed the European Law School programme and the dual Master’s degree in Business & Law at Radboud University. During my studies I gained practical experience through two internships and a part-time position at leading Dutch law firms.
I work in an analytical, meticulous and results-oriented manner. I believe in breaking down complex legal issues into clear, practical advice that aligns with the client’s objectives and interests.
