My name is Aliki Karneris and I specialise in corporate law and bankruptcy law. I advise and litigate on issues including those related to commercial contracts. I do this for directors, companies, organisations and public authorities. In addition, I assist in settling bankruptcies. Drawing on this expertise, I advise companies and directors who are struggling financially or who do business with companies in financial straits.
Before joining Nysingh, I worked as a legal assistant specialising in corporate and bankruptcy. That is where I discovered my passion for that area of law. I love getting stuck into legal issues and I see it is a challenge to translate complex subject-matter into advice that is both practical and comprehensible. I also consider it important to stand by my clients and to aim for the best possible result as a team.
