My name is Eric Janssen and as of counsel I provide legal services for Nysingh’s clients and specialists in the area of State Aid and the Public Enterprises (Market Activities) Act.
In that regard I advise decentralised public authorities (municipalities, provinces and water boards) as well as companies on the structure of mutual financial relationships and transactions. I ensure that clients can be certain that such relationships and transactions comply with state aid law and the Public Enterprises (Market Activities) Act. Of course, if necessary or inevitable I also assist clients in court cases.
I use my practical experience and extensive knowledge of the State Aid practices of both the European Commission and the European Court of Justice to assist my clients. I also regularly host webinars and courses on State Aid and the Public Enterprises (Market Activities) Act.
