Candidate notary property law
My name is Jolien van Klaveren and I specialise in property law. Drawing on this expertise, I advise local authorities, educational and healthcare institutions, estate owners and land management organisations. I do this in collaboration with my colleagues in the Property, Market and Public Sector practice group.
I have been working as a trainee civil-law notary at Nysingh since May 2024. Prior to that, I was part of Nysingh’s real estate notarial practice as a legal assistant.
In addition to my work at Nysingh, I serve as a board member of Jokanobo Gelderland, a network for young trainee civil-law notaries in the region.
As well as having a keen interest in property law, I have a passion for cakes. That is why I enjoy combining my work as a trainee civil-law notary with a job at a patisserie in Nijmegen.
