In our day-to-day operations we consciously take our impact on the climate into account. We are actively committed to making our firm completely carbon-neutral within three years by making conscious, sustainable choices and offsetting any remaining emissions through reliable projects. We are also committed to reducing our carbon footprint by making sustainable choices in energy consumption, procurement, waste management and mobility. For example, we only use green power, invest in energy-efficient equipment and encourage conscious behaviour among our employees. We choose local and environmentally friendly products, limit food waste and carefully separate waste streams.
We consider access to justice and equal opportunities important pillars of an inclusive society. Legal support plays an essential role in this regard. We therefore e deploy our knowledge and resources in promoting access to justice. Our registered Oranje Fonds has been supporting social projects that help foster inclusion and create equal opportunities since 2019. At an international level we work with Lawyers for Lawyers, an organisation dedicated to protecting lawyers and strengthening the rule of law. We also set aside pro bono hours for social initiatives. thus helping to foster a more just world at local, national and international levels.
