My name is Daan Griep. I specialise in business law and deal with legal issues and transactions within this area of law, advising clients with care and purpose. I mainly assist business owners, companies, including family-owned companies, and investors.
I completed a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Business Law at Utrecht University.
In my work, I distinguish myself by listening carefully and asking the right questions. This allows me to quickly understand the background of a transaction or legal issue and what the client finds truly important. I think analytically and work carefully, aiming to provide clear and thoughtful advice. What motivates me is understanding how a deal is put together and discovering how I can be of value to the client.
It is important to me to not only provide legal advice, but also help think of solutions that create value for all parties involved.
