My name is Esther Ceulen. I have been a lawyer and specialist in liability and compensation law since 2001. I advise and litigate on a wide range of subjects. My focus is on personal injury and government liability, where private law, public law and criminal law come together. I have broad experience in litigation at various judicial authorities. I do this work for insurance companies, public authorities and businesses.
