My name is Floor Wildekamp. I work in the health law division. I am an expert in health law issues and my expertise includes the social domain as well as healthcare regulation and compliance.

I obtained a Bachelor of Law & Economics at Radboud University in Nijmegen and a Master of Health Law at the University of Amsterdam. During my studies, I gained experience at law firms as well as with the judiciary. I then joined Nysingh as a working student, after which I became an attorney at law for the firm.

I advise and litigate on behalf of healthcare institutions, hospitals and individual healthcare providers. I focus on issues as wide-ranging as privacy and confidentiality, client councils, supervision, quality, healthcare procurement and regulation. In addition, feel free to contact me if you have any questions about the Medical Treatment Contracts Act, the Long-Term Care Act, the Care and Compulsion Act and the Compulsory Mental Healthcare Act.

I enjoy getting to the bottom of complex legal issues and distilling them into clear and rigorous arguments. I like to come up with creative solutions and enjoy tackling legal problems. My goal is to assist clients who face challenges in the current healthcare landscape.

If you would like to know more or if you have any questions, please feel free to call or email me.
