My name is Jeremy Wenno and I specialise in civil property law. I advise and litigate on property-related issues concerning, among other things, construction law, tenancy law and real rights. I also supervise property transactions and am involved in issues relating to area development. In my practice, I advise and litigate for governments, semi-public bodies, commercial parties and project developers.
My advice is pragmatic and clear. To me, sincere interest in the client and close involvement in their case are self-evident. I believe it is very important that the contact with my clients is personal and accessible.
Before joining Nysingh, I worked as a lawyer for three years at a medium-sized law firm in Ede. There I mainly worked on issues regarding property law, construction law, tenancy law, real rights and prescription. Before working as a lawyer, I worked as a legal expert at a large Dutch bank, an insurance company and gained experience in the legal profession in the field of civil property law.
