I am Jolanda Krijgsman and I’m at home in labour law. I work for (international) companies, institutions, directors and senior managers. I advise and litigate on all aspects of labour law, with particular experience in the labour law aspects of mergers and acquisitions, reorganisation and restructuring, employee participation and individual and collective dismissal.
Before joining Nysingh, I worked for De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek in The Hague and Amsterdam, for almost 20 years.
My approach is pragmatic and solution-oriented. I am clear about risks and opportunities and work together with my clients to achieve the best possible result – if necessary, via litigation.
My colleagues and I know our way around labour law. We regularly share our knowledge via the website, (online) seminars and newsletters.
I am a member of the labour law advisory committee of the Netherlands bar association and regularly give courses for clients and employer organisations.
