My name is Katerina Nikolaou and I specialise in commercial contract law. I advise on and litigate commercial and trade contracts. These include franchise, distribution and agency agreements as well as sale and purchase agreements, contracts for services and general terms and conditions. I act for both domestic and international companies.
Before joining Nysingh, I worked for a medium-sized law firm in Utrecht. My approach is practical and results oriented and I enjoy working on strategic issues with my clients, with a priority on their interests.
