Lawyer corporate law and an insolvency practitioner

My name is Lars Huttinga and I specialise in corporate law, particularly in the areas of contract law and insolvency law. I am also appointed as an insolvency practitioner. I advise and litigate on commercial contracts, trade contracts and cooperation between companies. I do this for medium-sized to large corporations. I also assist in settling bankruptcies, both for businesses and individuals. This enables me to provide legal guidance to companies and directors in financial difficulty who do business with financially distressed parties.

Before joining Nysingh, I studied Dutch law at Utrecht University and the University of Amsterdam. During my studies, I worked as an intern at several law firms, including Nysingh. I was also employed as a working student at Nysingh.

I see it as a challenge to translate complex legal issues into clear, concise and comprehensible advice.
