My name is Marco Balhuizen. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs and armed with over 25 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer, I am familiar with the day-to-day dynamics of businesses.

I specialise in negotiating and drafting clauses in a wide range of both Dutch and international commercial contracts. Examples include production and procurement as well as sales, distribution and other cooperation contracts. I mainly work for medium-sized and large companies, with a particular focus on Agri & Food businesses.

I also advise and litigate on food legislation for companies in the Food sector.
