The implementation of Nysingh’s growth strategy, launched in 2020, is up to speed. With the transfer by Risto Larsson and Marco Balhuizen and their team of 10 employees from DVAN lawyers to Nysingh lawyers and civil-law notaries, the implementation of the growth strategy is accelerated.
Risto Larsson, 58, will start as an associate within the corporate law section from September 1, 2021. He has over 30 years of experience in corporate law and specializes particularly in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, guiding investments and advising on Governance issues.
Marco Balhuizen, 50, will also be part of Nysingh’s corporate law partner group as of September 1, 2021. He specializes in the commercial contracts practice and also has a focus on the Agri & Food sector.
