My name is Risto Larsson. With more than thirty years of experience in corporate law, I am very familiar with the day-to-day dealings of businesses. I specialise in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, participating interests and governance problems. I mainly assist entrepreneurs, family and other businesses and investors.
