My name is Mohamed Aztouti. Before joining Nysingh, I completed the Master of Internet, Intellectual Property and ICT Law at VU Amsterdam and I worked at the Dutch Data Protection Authority (DPA). I specialise in privacy and ICT law, with a focus on data protection and ICT contracts. In that context, I advise organisations on, among other things, complex GDPR/privacy-related issues and the legal structure of ICT processes and contracts, with a specific focus on liability, continuity and risk management.
I combine substantive acuity with strong interpersonal skills. Partly due to my experience in European networks (during my time at the DPA), I am used to bringing together divergent interests and working constructively towards solutions. My strength lies in my adaptability and efficient way of working: I quickly master new material and take responsibility in complex cases.
My goals include making organisations compliant and providing advice/support on the legal aspects of innovation.
