My name is Renée Jansen and I specialise in employment law. I work in a number of areas including terms of employment, self-employment (both genuine and misclassified), employment contracts, incapacity for work, social security law, reorganisations and dismissals.

I obtained a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Civil Law at Radboud University. I find it important to create clarity in complex situations, enabling well‑considered and appropriate decisions to be made. At the same time, it can be essential to act swiftly. That is why I strive for a careful balance between thoroughness and efficiency, ensuring that my client is supported effectively and feels confident in the decisions being made.

In employment law, tone is crucial: it requires shifting between professionalism and tact. This applies not only to drafting letters, but also to negotiations and court proceedings. I have a good sense of what tone is appropriate in different situations.

I am enthusiastic and decisive, with a strong focus on the client and clear, engaged communication I am result-driven and solution-focused.
