My name is Stijn Pennings. I specialise in corporate law, with a focus on insolvency law and contract law. I advise companies in financial difficulty as well as parties that have dealings with financially distressed businesses . I represent companies that are facing these problems themselves and companies that are confronted with financial problems or bankruptcy of other companies.
In addition, I frequently assist with settling bankruptcies and suspensions of payment. Based on that experience, I also counsel and advise directors, supervisory directors and shareholders faced with liability issues or potential violations of their interests.
