My name is Wouter Terpstra. I’m at home in corporate law and specialised in privacy law and ICT law. I advise and (if necessary) litigate regarding privacy and ICT issues. I do this mainly for medium and large enterprises.
Before I joined Nysingh I studied Law & ICT at the University of Groningen. During my studies I was an intern at various law firms, including Nysingh. I also set up several companies of my own (together with fellow students). For example, I had a business that made animation videos for companies, and I had a legal consultancy. So I know what it is like to be in business.
My colleagues and I know our way around corporate law. We regularly share our knowledge on the website and in (online) seminars, newsletters and events.
