My name is Wouter Veldstra. I work in the corporate law practice group and focus on companies and transactions. I advise on mergers, acquisitions and participating interests for medium-sized to large domestic and international companies.
During my studies I completed internships at various law firms, including the in-house law firm of one of the biggest financial service providers in the Netherlands, and at Nysingh. In addition, I worked as a legal adviser at the legal advice centre during my studies and held full-time and part-time positions in various boards.
I am committed, pragmatic and am able to quickly and accurately distinguish main issues from side issues. This allows me to help my clients find practical solutions.
