My name is Wouter Veldstra and I specialise in corporate law, with a focus on companies, mergers and acquisitions. Drawing on this expertise, I advise medium-sized and large domestic and international companies, shareholders and investors on a wide range of legal matters and transactions.
I advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, participations, joint ventures and restructurings. I also advise on shareholder relations, corporate governance and corporate disputes. In doing so, I combine in-depth legal knowledge with an understanding of my clients’ commercial and strategic interests.
