My name is Aliki Karneris. I’m at home in corporate law and insolvency law. I advise and litigate on questions involving business contracts (among other things). My clients are company directors, businesses, institutions and governmental authorities. I’m also involved in the winding-up of companies going through insolvency. With my expertise, I advise companies and their boards currently in choppy waters financially, or when they are doing business with companies with financial problems.

Before coming to Nysingh, I worked as a paralegal on corporate law and insolvency law. I there discovered my passion for this area of law. I’m happy to get stuck right in, and I see it as a challenge to translate complex legal issues into advice that’s easy to understand and is as practical as possible. I also feel it is of great import to be there for the client and to work as a team to gain best possible end result.
