My name is Femia van Wijk. I’m experienced and at home in labour law. I advise and litigate on entering, amending and terminating employment contracts and on non-competition clauses, flexible employment relationships, disability and employee participation. I supervise takeovers and reorganisations and advise on transfers of business ownership. I also draw up employment contracts, regulations and management agreements. I do this for companies, institutions, administrators and managers.
In addition to my work as a lawyer I am also an MfN-registered mediator. As a mediator I act in disputes between employers and employees, within family businesses and within collaborative structures such as partnerships and administrations.
Although I have been working in labour law for decades, it does not bore me for a moment. On the contrary, I encounter interesting challenges every day. My approach is informal, decisive, fast and solution-oriented. I find it important to meet the client’s expectations.
My colleagues and I know our way around labour law. We regularly share our knowledge through the website, (online) seminars, newsletters and events.
