My name is Bram Mulder ten Kate. I specialise in corporate law and am specialised in governance, law of security and acquisitions. I advise on the notarial aspects of structuring and restructuring operations, mergers and acquisitions, financing and refinancing, business successions and governance issues. My clients include medium-sized companies, family businesses and institutions.
I believe it is important to take my clients’ concerns out of their hands. As a lawyer I would describe myself as thorough and sharp. But as a person I believe I am very open, accessible and friendly. My strength lies in handling the substance of the case, but I am also skilled in making complex subject matter easily understandable. In my opinion, the law is a means of achieving the goal. And this goal is to find a solution to your problem.
With over nine years of experience in international practice at law firms such as De Brauw en Clifford Chance, I have worked at Nysingh since the end of 2008. You can read my full resume on LinkedIn.
That my colleagues and I are well-versed in corporate law is evident in our blogs, where we regularly share news, insights and knowledge about our field of expertise.
