Corporate lawyer
My name is Desi Rasing. I specialise in business law, bankruptcy law, property law, contract law and company law. My areas of expertise are restructuring and insolvency law. Drawing on this expertise, I advise and represent companies and public authorities in legal proceedings.
Before joining Nysingh, I studied at Radboud University in Nijmegen, where I completed both my Bachelor’s degree in Law and my Master’s degree in Civil Law (cum laude). During my studies, I did several internships and spent time as a working student at a municipality as well as at various law firms. This allowed me to experience legal practice up close across multiple areas of law.
As a lawyer, I enjoy helping clients make important legal decisions with confidence. I value giving clear, practical advice and being readily accessible whenever clients require support. I find it important that clients know what I can offer them and that they can rely on me as an adviser and sounding board.
I aim to build a partnership based on trust, so that I can not only help clients with today’s issues, but also act as an adviser and sounding board for tomorrow’s challenges.
