My name is Gina van Helden and I specialise in personal injury as well as liability and insurance law. I have been working for Nysingh’s Liability, Insurance and Transport practice group since September 2020.
Before joining Nysingh, I studied private law at the University of Amsterdam. I also studied international law in Utrecht and at the University of Antwerp. During my studies, I was an intern at two large law firms in Hong Kong as well as at a firm in Amersfoort that specialises in personal injury. I was also a lawyer for a large healthcare organisation before going on an eighteen-month round-the-world trip.
I will never get bored with my work. Law is dynamic, topical and constantly evolving. What’s more, no two cases are the same. I am enthusiastic and decisive, and I quickly get to the heart of the matter by listening to my clients’ needs, asking questions and reading between the lines.
