I’m Gina van Helden, at home in personal injury, liability and insurance law. I’ve worked in the Liability, Insurance and Transport department at Nysingh since September 2020.
Before joining Nysingh, I studied private law at the University of Amsterdam. I also studied international law in Utrecht and at the University of Antwerp. While studying I did internships at two major law firms in Hong Kong and another internship, specializing in personal injury, in Amersfoort. I also worked as a lawyer for a large healthcare organization before traveling the world for one and a half years,
Legal work will never bore me. Law is always dynamic, topical and on the move. And no two cases are the same. My approach is enthusiastic, decisive and involves quickly getting to the heart of the matter. By listening carefully, asking questions and reading between the lines, I am able to rapidly understand the requirements of my clients.
