Corporate lawyer

My name is Joanne Mulder and I specialise in corporate law, with a focus on commercial contract law and insolvency law.

I advise and represent clients in commercial contract matters for medium-sized and large companies, institutions and public authorities. In doing so, I help our clients manage contractual risks and achieve practical solutions, both during negotiations and in the event of disputes.

In addition, I am directly involved in the administration of bankruptcies and suspensions of payments. The knowledge and experience I gain in this field enable me to advise and assist directors, shareholders and supervisory board members of companies facing financial difficulties. This includes guidance on liability risks, restructurings and strategic decision-making in challenging circumstances.

I work in a focused and pragmatic manner, with a strong eye for quality and detail while remaining mindful of the relevant legal framework. My aim is always to achieve an efficient and workable solution. Where necessary, I litigate to protect the interests of our clients.
