My name is Joanne Mulder. I specialise in corporate law, with a focus on commercial contracts and insolvency.
I advise and litigate on commercial contracts for medium to large companies, institutions and government. I’m also directly involved in winding up bankruptcies and in suspensions of payment. I deploy my knowledge and experience in guiding and advising directors, shareholders and supervisory directors involved with companies in difficult circumstances.
Before joining Nysingh I studied Dutch law at Utrecht University and the University of Amsterdam. I graduated in criminal and civil law. For my thesis, I conducted research into interest rate derivatives. My master’s degree in private law is mainly focused on corporate law and insolvency.
I always look for practical, quick solutions and only litigate when necessary.
