My name is Joanne Mulder and I specialise in corporate law with a focus on commercial contract and bankruptcy law.
I advise and litigate on commercial contracts for medium-sized and large companies, institutions and public authorities. I also assist in settling bankruptcies and suspensions of payments. Drawing on my knowledge and experience, I help and advise directors, shareholders and supervisory directors of companies in financial and other difficulties.
Before joining Nysingh, I studied Dutch law at Utrecht University and the University of Amsterdam, graduating in criminal and civil law. For my bachelor’s thesis I researched interest rate derivatives. My master’s degree in private law focused on corporate and bankruptcy law.
I am always looking for practical and quick solutions and litigate if necessary.
