As a corporate lawyer, I advise companies, institutions, directors and regulators, among others, on governance issues, legal structures, partnerships and acquisitions. What I like about my work is that no case is the same, meaning that every new case demands a thorough study of its background. Only then is it possible to look at the legal implications and come up with creative solutions. More than that, corporate law is constantly moving as a result of social developments, new regulations and evolving insights into case law. I like to keep moving in my spare time, too, both literally and figuratively. This manifests itself in a wide range of hobbies, such as sailing, kiteboarding, wing foiling, tennis, padel, golf and drumming.
I completed the Grotius specialisation course in Corporate Law. I am also a lecturer at Nyenrode/Windesheim. In addition, I litigate before the Enterprise Chamber.
