I studied Dutch law at the University of Utrecht and completed the Grotius specialisation programme in Corporate and Business law and I became a partner in 2008.

My specialty is contract law and corporate law. I am mainly involved in:

• Assisting clients in takeovers
• Setting up joint ventures
• Advising businesses and their shareholders, directors and members of supervisory boards

I also focus on the conduct of corporate legal procedures.
