My name is Linda Triepels. I specialise in property law, tenancy law, construction law and contract law. This knowledge allows me to advise and litigate on property-related issues and contracts, including tenancy disputes, construction projects and agreements. My clients range from companies to (semi)public institutions, where I offer practical and legally sound solutions.

Before joining Nysingh, I studied at Radboud University, where I completed both my Bachelor of Laws and my Master of Civil Law. During my studies, I did several internships at law firms, worked at a cassation firm for some time and volunteered at the legal advice centre in Oss. As a result, I have gained broad knowledge and experience within my speciality. In addition, I gained international experience during my six-month study period in Sydney, which taught me to be flexible and adapt quickly to new situations.

As a lawyer, I work accurately and with purpose. Legal issues excite me and I am good at making connections and maintaining an overview, which helps me reach solutions quickly. My strength lies in structuring complex situations and translating legal issues into clear and immediately applicable advice.
